Self-hosted infrastructure

I configure and set up self-hosted IT infrastructure for smaller businesses — for example on Hetzner, with Coolify for deployments and n8n or MageAI for workflows and data tasks. We begin with the need, security, backups and day-to-day operation. Every tool must solve a specific problem and remain straightforward to take over.

Starting point: Recurring Outlook emails contained attachments that required the same handling every time.
My role: Designed and built the automated data workflow.
Built: A scheduled solution that collected the relevant attachments, prepared the data and stored it automatically in the database.
Outcome: Removed repetitive manual file handling and made the process reproducible.

An internal site giving employees a clearer overview.

Starting point: Employees needed one place where information, dashboards and important workflows worked together more clearly.
My role: Helped build the internal site and configure dashboards directly within the solution.
Built: A unified internal site with dashboards, alongside improvements to workflows and the existing use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Outcome: Made existing information and tools more accessible without introducing an unnecessary new platform.
